Description:
* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. Locally
visibilities near zero in fog prone areas.
* WHERE...Most of central North Carolina.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave
plenty of distance ahead of you. Be especially cautious in school
zones and watch for children and the flashing lights of school buses.
