Description:
* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Much of southwest and south central North Dakota, including
the James River Valley.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CST /noon MST/ this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing fog may deposit a thin layer of ice
on untreated surfaces.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
