* WHERE...Portions of northeast Nebraska and east central and
southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures near to just above freezing may
lead to some isolated slick spots through the Thursday morning
commute.

distance ahead of you.
