* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in areas of dense fog. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. Dense fog will be most widespread across higher elevation locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rainfall spreading across the area overnight may bring about some improvement in visibilities, with lower visibilities possibly returning as the rain ends.

Consider allowing extra time to reach your destination. If driving, slow down, use your low-beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
