* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west
central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of dense fog are expected to form
during the late evening and overnight hours.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
