* WHERE...In Minnesota, East Marshall, West Marshall, and Grant
Counties. In North Dakota, Cavalier, Eastern Walsh, Towner, and
Western Walsh Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
