* WHERE...In Iowa, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Fayette, Howard, and
Winneshiek Counties. In Minnesota, Fillmore and Houston Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
