Description:
At 815 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bozrah, or near Salem, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Jewett City, Norwich, New London, Colchester, Groton, Salem, Mystic,
Waterford, East Lyme, Ledyard, Griswold, East Haddam, Lebanon,
Preston, and Lisbon.
Instruction:
