* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 10 inches possible, with isolated totals up to 18 inches possible along and north of I-70. * WHERE...The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the Indian Peaks, and the Southern Front Range Foothills. * WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Heavy snow will accumulate on tree branches and powerlines, possibly causing them to break and lead to power outages. Travel could be very difficult at times, especially Tuesday night.
