12 inches are possible below 11000 feet and 10 to 20 inches
possible above.
* WHERE...Sangre de Cristo Mountains, and Wet Mountains.
* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult with wet, slushy and
snowpacked roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wet, heavy snow could damage trees. Power
outages may be possible.
