Description: 
* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub- freezing temperatures as low as 24 possible. * WHERE...In Colorado, Debeque to Silt Corridor County. In Utah, Arches/Grand Flat County. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. For the Freeze Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Instruction: 
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects. People, especially those with respiratory illnesses, heart disease, the elderly, and children are recommended to stay indoors and avoid prolonged outdoor exercise or heavy exertion due to wind-blown dust.
