For the Freeze Watches, sub-freezing temperatures possible. * WHERE...In Colorado, Central Yampa River Basin and Lower Yampa River Basin. In Utah, Eastern Uinta Basin. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. For the first Freeze Watch, from late Thursday night through Friday morning. For the second Freeze Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
