Valley/Lower Dolores River, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River,
Animas River Basin and San Juan River Basin Counties. In Utah,
Eastern Uinta Basin County.
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
