Description: 
At 801 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Colorado Springs to 7 miles west of Stratmoor to 9 miles southeast of Victor. Movement was east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Colorado Springs, Fountain, Stratmoor, Fort Carson, Security, Security-Widefield, Cimarron Hills, and Peterson Space Force Base.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
