Description:
At 424 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Thatcher to 9 miles east of Model to 10
miles northwest of Trinchera. Movement was southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and brief half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Trinchera and Thatcher and open country east of highway 350.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
