Description: 
At 421 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast of Ponderosa Park, or 28 miles southeast of Denver, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Public reported. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Kiowa and Ponderosa Park.
Instruction: 
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and has produced large hail. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built structure. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT Monday for portions of east central and northeast Colorado.
