* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 203 Lower Colorado River below 8000 feet. * TIMING...From 10 AM to 10 PM MDT Wednesday. * WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 14 percent. * IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise extreme caution with any outdoor burning.
