For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures possible. * WHERE...Central Colorado River Basin. * WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Thursday. For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. For the Freeze Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
