* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
22 expected.
For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to
55 mph expected.
For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures possible.
* WHERE...Central Colorado River Basin.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT
Thursday.
For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday.
For the Freeze Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
