* AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 205 Colorado River Headwaters below 8000 feet. * TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 10 PM MDT Wednesday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Thursday morning through Thursday evening. * WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise extreme caution with any outdoor burning.
