Description:
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Seward and vicinity, Whittier, and Valdez.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in frostbite and hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will diminish some during the day today
but increase again after midnight Monday night and persist into
Tuesday.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
