Description: 
* AFFECTED AREA...Southeastern Lake County. * WIND...North to northeast winds will increase Wednesday night to 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph on the ridges through Thursday morning. Winds will diminish to 5 to 15 mph in the afternoon. * HUMIDITY...Recoveries on the ridges are only expected to be around 20 to 40 percent Thursday morning. Humidity is expected to drop to around 10 to 20 percent in the afternoon. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
