* WHERE...Los Banos - Dos Palos and West Side Mountains north of 198.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 PM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
