* WHAT...High temperatures of 96 to 105 expected for most valley
locations. Moderate to Major HeatRisk expected.
* WHERE...Lake County, and Southeastern Interior Mendocino.
* WHEN...From noon Thursday to 10 PM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses especially for
those without cooling or hydration.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
