Benton County in northwestern Arkansas... * Until 1230 PM CDT. * At 1049 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a second round of scattered thunderstorms producing heavy rain across areas along and east of Interstate 49. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have already fallen from the earlier storms. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
