Description:
At 1024 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a second round of scattered
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across areas along and east of
Interstate 49. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have already fallen
from the earlier storms. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is likely ongoing
and may worsen with the additional rainfall.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
