* WHAT...Visibility as low as one quarter mile in dense fog. * WHERE...NW Kenai Peninsula and SW Kenai Peninsula, from Soldotna and Nikiski south to Anchor Point. * WHEN...Until 9 AM AKDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A band of locally dense fog has developed along the western Kenai Peninsula coast. This band of fog has moved over the Sterling Highway from Soldotna and Kenai south to Anchor Point. The fog will likely persist through mid-morning Thursday before dissipating.
Instruction: 
A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
