Southern Lincoln County in middle Tennessee... * Until 700 PM CDT. * At 448 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in northeast Madison County and western Jackson County. Between 3 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Emergency management reported numerous roads impassible in both Madison and Jackson Counties.
