Description:
At 559 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Denson, or near Lafayette, moving north at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Lafayette, Stroud, La Fayette, Lakeview, Five Points, Fredonia, Post
Oak Forks, Veasey Creek Park, Denson, Amity Park, Standing Rock,
Welch, Buffalo, Southern Harbor, White Plains, Rocky Point, and
Stroud Creek.
Instruction:
