* WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following
counties, Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Cleburne, Etowah, Jefferson,
Shelby, St. Clair and Talladega.
* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT this morning through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
