* WHAT...Flooding caused by runoff from excessive rainfall.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Alabama, including
the following counties, in north central Alabama, Cullman and
Morgan. In northeast Alabama, DeKalb and Marshall.
* WHEN...From 6 AM CDT this morning through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms will be
capable of producing excessive rainfall today.
