Paint Rock River near Woodville affecting Madison, Marshall and Jackson Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Paint Rock River near Woodville. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Portions of Alabama State Highway 65 are closed due to high water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 19.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 AM CDT Monday was 19.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Even 6 inches of fast-moving flood water can knock you off your feet and a depth of 2 feet will float your car. Never try to walk, swim, or drive through such swift water.
