Paint Rock River NEAR Woodville affecting Madison, Jackson and Marshall Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Paint Rock River near Woodville. * WHEN...Until Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Portions of Alabama State Highway 65 are closed due to high water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 18.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:00 AM CDT Monday was 18.2 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 19.9 feet this afternoon. It will then fall just after midnight tonight. It will rise to 19.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
