At 1046 AM EDT, Doppler radar and rain gages in the area indicated<br />
between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain fell this morning in a short period<br />
of time. High water was reported earlier along Harbour Lane in<br />
Hurricane and along Route 34 in Teays Valley near Liberty Square.<br />
While the threat for heavy rainfall has ended, local runoff will<br />
continue to result in areas of high water, particularly near creeks<br />
and streams.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
