A SAFE Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Phoenix PD is looking for 72-year-old Hispanic female, Yolanda Garcia. Yolanda was last seen on foot in the area of South 99th Lane and West Gross Avenue wearing a blue shirt with a white unknown graphic, black capri style pants and flip flops. She is 5'2" tall and weighs 110 pounds with brown hair in a ponytail and brown eyes. Yolanda suffers from a medical condition which may cause her to be confused and easily lost.
