East Central Saline County in central Arkansas... * Until 630 PM CDT. * At 322 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the last couple of hours. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

A SAFE Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Riverdale water treatment facility is facing water production issues due to numerous factors. Troubleshooting is ongoing and a solution may not be available for an extended period of time. During this situation, we are requesting those receiving water from our facility (Riverdale, Underwood, Pick City, Pick City cabin sites, Wolf Creek, Lake Sakakawea State Park) limit unnecessary water usage (lawn watering, car washing, filling of swimming pools etc.). The quality and safety of the water is not a concern.

Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring. A water rescue is in progress near Old Hwy 66 via broadcast media.
