The Phoenix Police Department is looking for Hispanic male, Mark Mendez, 63 years old, 5 foot 8 inches, 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray shorts, and blue Converse high-top shoes. Mark was last seen on foot in the area of North 81st Avenue and West Pierson Street. He suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become confused and easily lost.
