Mesa Police Department is looking for Manual Shaw Native American Male, 5 feet 7 inches, 225 pounds, gray hair, black eyes, last seen wearing a red t-shirt, blue shorts, long black socks, and white shoes. Manual was last seen on 07/27/2026 at 9:30 PM in the area of Main Street and Extension Road when he left his residence on foot. Manual suffers from a medical condition that can make him become easily confused. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Mesa Police Department.
