An area of slow moving thunderstorms is expected to develop this<br />
afternoon generally north of Interstate 70 in northwest Kansas and<br />
southwest Nebraska. These storms will be capable of producing<br />
rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches as they move east and southeast<br />
through this evening.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Kansas, including the following<br />
counties, Decatur, Graham, Norton, Rawlins, Sheridan and Thomas<br />
