Strong northwest winds gusting up to around 45 mph will continue over western and parts of central North Dakota until around 10 PM CDT or 9 PM MDT this evening. The winds are producing blowing dust, which will occasionally reduce visibility. In addition, the winds, combined with low humidity values, are causing critical fire weather conditions.
