Dominant high pressure will make sure cloud cover will be minimal,<br /> atmospheric moisture will remain relatively low, and winds will be<br /> light. These factors will allow for sufficient ozone production,<br /> compounding with weak pollutant dispersion characteristics of an<br /> already pollutant-loaded atmosphere.
