Clusters of slow moving thunderstorms will bring a risk of flash<br /> flooding to portions of Maine and New Hampshire later today into<br /> tonight. Storm development will support rainfall rates up to 3<br /> inches an hour. These slow moving and repeating rounds of heavy rain<br /> could lead to localized and possibly considerable flash flooding.<br /> For Carroll County New Hampshire, recent flooding has elevated<br /> streams and saturated the ground, making this area particularly<br /> vulnerable to any rapid runoff.
