Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Portions of northwest Grayson County have observed 3 to 4 inches of rain so far this morning, and light rain will continue for the next hour or two. Currently, the heaviest rainfall is moving into central portions of the county with hourly rain rates of 2 to 3 inches.
