A Bering Sea low will move into the Gulf of Anadyr then the Chukchi Sea on Monday. South-southwest winds will increase water levels to around 1 to 3 feet above the normal high tide line during the Monday and Tuesday high tides in the Seward Peninsula. Water levels around 2 to 4 feet above the normal high tide line are possible from Kotzebue to Kivalina. There is still quite a bit of uncertainty with the exact water level heights and they will be monitored over the next few days.

Areas of fog have developed this morning across portions of south central Virginia. Visibilities are generally expected to range from around 1/2 to 1 mile. However, patchy dense fog has also been noted with visibilities locally dropping to around 1/4 mile or less. The fog should gradually improve later this morning.

Mainly clear skies, light wind and moist ground from Thursday's widespread rain has created areas of dense fog in the deeper valleys throughout Central and Northern Pennsylvania. The fog will quickly diminish by 9 am with a transition to partly to mostly sunny skies afterward.
