A SAFE Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Phoenix PD is looking for 70-year-old James Lyons Sr. James was last seen on June 1st at 10:00 p.m. at his residence in the area of 43rd Avenue and Myrtle Avenue. James walks with the assistance of a red walker and was wearing a black shirt with jeans. James suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused and disoriented. A SAFE Alert has been issued for Tucson, AZ. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Tucson Police Department is looking for 76-year-old Loreto Ruiz. He walked away from his home near South Missiondale and West Bilby Roads between 9:00 PM and 11:30 PM, on May 31, 2026, and has not returned. Efforts by police and family to locate Mr. Ruiz have been unsuccessful. Mr. Ruiz is described as a Hispanic male, approximately five feet four inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes, white hair, and a full white beard.
