Victim is 24 inches tall, weighs 16 lbs, has brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a blue onesie saying "Grandma's are the best" in neon. They were last seen on 08-16-2026 05:00. They are in the company of Raul Martinez, a 37-year-old Male, who is 5 ft 6 inches, weighing 180 lbs with brown hair, brown eyes and wearing tight sweatpants, white shirt, and a blue/green jacket.
