* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. For the High Wind Watch, west winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...North Snowy Range Foothills including Arlington and Elk Mountain along Interstate 80. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 9 PM MDT this evening. For the High Wind Watch, from late tonight through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers.
