Description:
The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Fire Weather
Watch, which is in effect from Tuesday morning through Wednesday
evening.
* IMPACTS: Low Humidities...Unseasonably Warm Temperatures...and
Strong Gusty Winds could cause erratic fire behavior.
* AFFECTED AREA:
In Central WY...Fire Weather Zone 280.
* COUNTIES AFFECTED:
In Central WY...Natrona.
* WIND: West 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph.
* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 percent.
* TEMPERATURES: Highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. Lows in the mid
to upper 40s.
* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Conditions are expected to improve after
sunset Tuesday evening as humidity increases and wind decreases.
Critical fire weather conditions are again expected by late
Wednesday morning.
