East central Sauk County in south central Wisconsin... * Until 1030 PM CDT. * At 951 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Portage, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Portage and Lake Wisconsin around 955 PM CDT. Poynette around 1000 PM CDT. Pardeeville and Rio around 1005 PM CDT. Fall River around 1020 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Wyocena, Harmony Grove, Otsego, Interstate 90/94 Interchange, Okee, Devils Lake St Park, Arlington, Merrimac, and Doylestown.
