Description:
At 1157 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from Muskego to near Whitewater.
Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Racine, New Berlin, Muskego, Whitewater, Elkhorn, Lake Geneva,
Mukwonago, Sturtevant, Union Grove, East Troy, Wind Lake, Franklin,
Vernon, Rochester, Raymond, Yorkville, North Prairie, Palmyra, Big
Bend, and Browns Lake.
This includes the following highways...
U.S. Highway 12 between mile markers 320 and 333.
Interstate 43 between mile markers 25 and 54.
Interstate 41/94 between mile markers 325 and 336.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
