Description:
At 733 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Clintonville to near
Hartman Creek State Park. Movement was southeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Strong thunderstorms will be near...
Waupaca, Clintonville, Embarrass, Chain O' Lakes-King, and Hartman
Creek State Park around 740 PM CDT.
New London around 750 PM CDT.
Fremont around 755 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by these storms include Rural, Buckbee,
Fitzgerald Corners, Schmidt Corner, Lind Center, Northport,
Scandinavia, Adams Beach, Sheridan, and Northland.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
